this is a full-time hybrid role for an account manager for personal and home care business based in the mexico city metropolitan area, with the flexibility to work from home part-time.
the role involves managing client relationships, identifying and addressing their needs, presenting innovative personal care product solutions, and collaborating with research and development teams to offer tailored product applications.
additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends and generating strategic insights to support business growth.
traveling to meet clients is also part of this role.
qualifications
strong knowledge in cosmetics, home care and life science industries
experience in sales, business development, or client management in a technical or scientific context
excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams
ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive innovative solutions
proficiency in both spanish and english (written and verbal communication skills), portugués is desirable
hands-on experience with scientific research or technical products related to personal care
bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, cosmetic science, or a related field
proficiency in crm tools and microsoft office suite
ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, travel periodically for client meetings and achieve budgets with assigned customers
