Work you'll do
* deeply understand policies, procedures, sox controls and compliance regulations to ensure complete daily operation within sla accurately.
* verify and process all types of vendor invoices, including po (purchase order) and non-po invoices within sla, ensuring they are accurately coded and matched according to policy.
* coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and multiple departments to resolve invoice discrepancies timely.
* manage employee expense reimbursements, reviewing expense reports and supporting documentation for compliance with global and local policies.
* track and follow up with employees on exception cases, such as disputed claims or incomplete documentation to ensure timely payment.
* respond to employee inquiries regarding reimbursement procedures, claim status, and policy clarifications in a professional and efficient manner via email and phone.
* liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve month end close for responsible entities.
* prepare and provide all ap relevant reports in a timely manner.
* address queries or issues from cross-functional stakeholders and resolve them efficiently.
* identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable processes, reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and enhancing overall financial controls.
we are looking for someone with
* at least 3 years of work experience in accounting in ptp position in a shared service center or a multinational corporation.
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field would be a plus.
* experience with erp systems, such as sap, iscala is preferred.
* strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
* proficiency in english (written and spoken) or equivalent. Thai language skills are highly preferred.
