We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of talent acquisition enablement & innovation senior manager role purpose: to design, develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and solutions that enable the organization while implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies, processes and programs that enhance the recruitment experience, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. Main activities: leveraging best practices & technology to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness identifying and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition technologies and tools developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and rpo management analyzing recruitment metrics and data to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize recruitment processes developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions requirements 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition processes experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and data excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills fluent in spanish & english ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform talent acquisition processes & strategies you’ll achieve more when you join hsbc!
