schedule: monday to friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; sunday 7:00 am to 2:00 pm (weekday rest) | includes weekend shifts | 10‑hour shift

responsibilities
* prepare and present analytical reports
* answer phone calls
* record payments received from the collections area
* update internal records and accounts
* process and send client and/or supplier insurance documents as applicable
* create invoices, remissions, notes, and sales tickets for retail sales
* organize daily documentation
* record general collections performed at cut‑off
* telephone service to clients and suppliers
* capture inventory in system
qualifications
* bachelor’s completed or administrative technician
* experience in customer service: 1 year (required)
* handling of billing software programs
* cash register merchandise handling
* client service skills
* superior technical completed (mandatory)
