*about the role*
- accountable end to end of all accounts supervised and negotiations with clients' stakeholders
- experience working with national, regional and price clubs is desired
- responsible for the profit, sales growth, share of market and other key kpis internal & external
- generate strong relations with clients associate directors & directors
- develop the strategy for the client aligned with scj strategy & client objectives
- lead and develop a group of talented key account managers
*key responsibilities*
- make sure that promotions results are maximized
- lead price increases and challenge it both internal & external
- generate strategy for missing listed products
- take business decisions to generate good results within the client
- lead forecast process thru kams team
- lead t2t meetings to ensure the follow up of the year results
- look after how to improve internal profitability mix, price increase etc.
- collaborate with internal areas to generate expected results through collaboration
- generate strong relationships with marketing, customer marketing and shopper marketing managers
- challenge execution in the stores to assure implementation of strategy planned
*required experience you'll bring*
- bachelors degree at least
- solid experience working with different retailers in mexico
- experience leading teams of key account managers
- proved experience solving t2t issues with retailers directors
- proved experience leading new projects for walmart account within their companies
- expert level in national retailers processes
- good level of experience working with excel, sap, power bi
