*qualifications*:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, onboard, offboard)
- preferred: experience in a recruitment agency setting or start-up environment
- 1+ years experience in hr & culture management
- exceptional phone / zoom and written communication skills with extreme professionalism and outgoing personality
- extremely organized and detail-oriented
- accustomed to having kpi targets daily and weekly
- hyper tech savvy: you live and breathe in your ats, and google sheets, and are comfortable customizing systems to maximize efficiency
*talent acquisition/ recruiter job description*:
- collaborate and work closely with hiring managers, hr, and leadership team daily
- execute full cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, onboard, offboard)
- manage pipeline in ats in a very organized manner
- source via job boards, online platforms, and linkedin
- prioritize minimum time to hire kpi
- responsible for hiring 4-8+ new hires per month
- champion the core values and culture in all interactions with the team
- assist in the creation and streamlining of recruitment sops
