Description

As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will be a self-starter who can work independently and with a team, be self-motivated and encourage the same with cross-functional business partners, be highly adaptable and flexible to change direction when needed, and clearly communicate such change. You will be decisive, able to handle multiple tasks, possess excellent problem-solving skills, have strong business savvy, connect-the-dots, and display calmness under stress. You will also be able to interact effectively with peers.

What You’ll Do

- Work in collaboration with the Corporate Events and Integrated Campaign Managers to support integrated campaigns and programs, corporate events and tradeshows, and special projects as assigned.
- Set up and maintain all operational elements of marketing campaigns and programs, troubleshooting with respective vendors when needed.
- Work cross-functionally to adhere to work-back schedules for promotions and communications specific to programs and events.
- Review programs and project deliverables via intake briefs and schedule scoping meetings as needed.
- Set up and maintain up-to-date project work plans and calendars and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Handle day-to-day operational aspects of campaigns and projects, using weekly team meetings to coordinate.
- Maintain a unified view of the global marketing portfolio and an integrated marketing calendar/roadmap.
- Provide weekly status updates to program and project owners and to executives.
- Assist in building and updating decks to drive exec reviews and status updates.
- Coordinate and participate in corporate event planning meetings, capture notes, actions, and status reports.
- Manage event timelines, resources, and processes.
- Support full cycle of event logistics, including tradeshow services, freight, signage, demos, collateral, raffles, and related services within budget.
- Update exhibitor resource centers with company, speaking and product information, insurance, expo registration, hotel, social media, etc.
- Work with third-party companies to secure venues for events and coordinate staffing, schedules, and hotels.
- Update and maintain event-specific information, reporting spreadsheets, and websites.
- Collaborate with vendors (exhibit houses, promotional, printing, A/V, etc.) to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
- Prepare, pack, and ship trade show and exposition materials; participate in post-show reporting and evaluation.
- Work with marketing operations to ensure tracking requirements are in place for performance reporting; manage cadence of reporting, analytics, lead flow, and monitor program performance with a focus on optimization and pipeline quality.
- Coordinate with finance and accounts payable from vendor onboarding through invoice payment and with legal for contract review; maintain expenses and reconcile budget items in accordance with policies.

What You’ve Done

- BA/BS in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics as required.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and effective with time management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Monday.com, 6sense, Folloze, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Resides within Mexico City and is able to commute to the office.
