- 6+ years of aem sites and assets development (including aem upgrades)
- advanced technical and business knowledge in web cms including best practices, strategy, software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.
- experience in leading and working on large projects with implementation partners and other third-party vendors.
- working knowledge or experience with adobe target, adobe forms and adobe analytics a plus
- experience using adobe managed services a plus.
- bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent work experience.

*required skills*:
- hands-on experience developing templates and custom components on the adobe aem platform.
- experience with dynamic media classic/scene 7
- experience in front end technologies that includes java/j2ee, html, css, javascript, bootstrap, angular, reactjs, spring framework.
- experience in osgi, crx, sling, jcr.
- experience in implementing/designing rest and other web services.
- experience with adobe cloud manager and ci/cd pipelines.
- experience with apache web server and solr.
- aws knowledge preferred.
- jira knowledge preferred.
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills including troubleshooting and interacting with end users on break/fix tickets
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
