we are looking for a results-driven, dynamic, and hands-on jr. Brand manager who enjoys leading projects from strategy to execution. This role is perfect for someone who loves building brands, turning ideas into action, and contributing to the growth and positioning of premium spirits. This position is ideal for someone who has experience as a brand assistant, bran specialist or brand coordinator and is ready to take the next step in owning brand projects end-to-end.

what you will do.
brand execution & project leadership
* coordinate and execute the annual brand plan, ensuring campaigns, activations, and touchpoints are delivered on time and with impact.
* lead campaigns, events, experiences, and brand materials, overseeing quality and execution.
* manage creative production and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* supervise deliverables from agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
* support launches of new products, packaging, or brand presentations.
budget & documentation management
* support the management of budgets assigned to brand initiatives.
* maintain up-to-date brand documentation, presentations, visual guides, and reports.
insights, monitoring & analysis
* track key brand performance indicators (sales, digital engagement, presence, awareness).
* monitor market trends, cultural conversations, and competitor activity to inform brand decisions.
cross-functional collaboration
* work closely with creative direction, marketing, commercial, legal, logistics, production, finance, innovation, and advocacy teams.
* coordinate with external partners: agencies, media, pr, producers, event providers, ambassadors, distributors, and consumers.
what you need
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, design or related field.
* 3+ years of experience building and managing brands (spirits, luxury, or cpg preferred).
* strong branding, storytelling, and marketing execution skills.
* knowledge of 360° campaign execution, budget management, digital trends, and emerging media.
* advanced english + strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
