master's degree preferred.minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial automation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.responsible to coordinate continuous improvement projects, quality and costproficiency in plc programming, scada systems, robotics, and other automation technologies.strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.excellent leadership and team management skills.strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.fluent english/spanish with effective communication skills, both written and verbal is mandatory.willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
