we are seeking a detail-oriented and business-driven accountant to support financial and administrative operations in an international business environment.

responsibilities

• execute and maintain accurate accounting processes using quickbooks.
• prepare periodic financial reports for general management.
• analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
• support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• perform reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closings.
• manage international invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
• propose and implement improvements in financial and administrative processes.
• support general administrative and office operations (vendors, services, supplies).

requirements

• advanced english (mandatory).
• strong experience working directly with business owners or company directors.
• proficiency in quickbooks and advanced excel.
• strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• business-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
• excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly.
• high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, administrative, and financial roles.
• valid passport and u.s. Visa (required).
