we are seeking a talented and experienced recruitment professional to join our dynamic team in mexico city. As a recruitment specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the u.s. market.
key responsibilities:
* source and screen talent: identify and engage top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles.
* client partnerships: partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals.
* candidate experience: serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding.
* talent management: reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies.
* results-driven performance: maintain ats systems with precision and work to exceed kpis while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
* language expertise: advanced conversational english is required.
* recruitment expertise: at least 6 months of experience recruiting in the u.s. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment.
