key job responsibilities
*the broker management product manager will be responsible for*: develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures to support trade compliance and overall cross-border activity in mexico and other assigned countries in the region.
creating and implementing broker rules.
establish and manage positive business relations with customs brokers, key stakeholders and business teams.
measure performance of customs brokers in a monthly scorecard based on broker rules.
prepare data analytics and written findings.
facilitate business responses and follow up on action items and corrective actions when needed.
