Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of approximately 60 clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including cfdi regulations and annex 20 guidelines. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational scalability to improve efficiencies and service quality. Monitor operational kpis, controls, and service metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring workload balance, team development, and timely deliverables. Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, participating in operational reviews, problem-solving discussions, and business-oriented conversations. Prepare and present operational and financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Analyze operational risks and propose process improvements to strengthen business continuity and operational performance.preferred qualifications bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. Strong experience managing bpo, shared services, or financial administrative operations. Experience overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and billing processes. Knowledge of mexican tax regulations and cfdi requirements (annex 20 preferred). Leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios. Strong analytical, operational, and client-service mindset. Advanced excel and microsoft office skills. English proficiency is highly desirable.what can we offer?
