We are seeking an experienced and proactive business developer to lead strategic efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of commercial insight, sales expertise, and entrepreneurial thinking.

the business developer will be responsible for creating strategies to expand the company's market presence, exploring untapped markets, and developing value-added solutions tailored to the needs of clients. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the delivery of high-impact proposals and successful onboarding of new customers.

key responsibilities: identify and approach potential clients, partners, and strategic accounts

conduct market analysis to define growth areas and competitive advantages

build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

develop, negotiate, and close business proposals, contracts, and agreements

track pipeline performance and provide accurate sales forecasts

represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers

work with the marketing team to align messaging and lead-generation strategies

ensure seamless handover of new accounts to account management or operations teams

monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities

requirementsbachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in business development, b2b sales, or corporate growth roles

demonstrated success in creating and managing client relationships

excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset

proficiency in english (other languages are a plus)

willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events

comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
