role description
this is a full-time, on-site role based in juárez, chh, for a controller.
the controller will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing the accuracy of financial reporting.
day-to-day tasks include monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and managing cash flow.
the role also involves providing insights to drive financial strategy and supporting the leadership team in decision-making processes.
qualifications
strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow analysis
proficiency in financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
experience with accounting software, financial modeling, and data analysis
excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities
strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with a diverse team
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
cpa or equivalent certification is highly desirable
previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
