Accurately implement 100% of feedback in the first revision round. Manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Maintain strict file organization and naming protocols (100% compliance). Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free final exports. Proactively suggest new trends, effects, and editing techniques (minimum 1 per month). Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and creative leads to produce cohesive campaigns. Experience editing for social media platforms (instagram, tiktok, youtube shorts, etc.). Strong understanding of storytelling, platform trends, and short-form content dynamics. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage feedback efficiently and implement revisions accurately. Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus.
