internal communication management: execute all communications aimed at internal audiences across corporate offices and central ou, ensuring compliance with guidelines established by global external communication.
guidelines and best practices: collaborate with the central external communication team and ou internal communication representatives to define internal communication standards and best practices for the entire organization.
global campaign design: support central areas in creating global internal campaigns and provide guidance for employee materials, meetings, emails, presentations, newsletters, and other communication formats.
offer consultative support to other organizational units to enhance their internal communication efforts.
creativity and innovation: develop and implement creative programs, campaigns, and events using both traditional and digital media to maximize engagement.
platform management: coordinate internal media platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital signage) and monitor campaign effectiveness through clear metrics.
research trends and best practices in internal communication to propose innovative solutions that strengthen organizational culture.
master's degree or specialization preferred.
