position overview:
the talent acquisition manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts new hire retention. Participates and/or leads projects and initiatives to meet the recruitment goals and timelines. Builds and develops excellent working relationships within internal and external stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of business needs to identify strategies to meet the current and future talent needs of the organization.
primary responsibilities
* provides leadership and vision to the talent acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.
* collects data and develops metrics from the company applicant tracking solution and other data points to effectively analyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness.
* responsible for the coordination of talent acquisition at multiple locations.
* audits site ta teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures.
* in partnership with site human resources, mentors and develops the ta personnel in the effort to continuously provide a learning environment which promotes excellence and growth.
* keeps informed about all ta-related legal and regulatory issues that are pertinent to their country and recommends changes to corporate human resources as required.
* drives communication and teamwork amongst the ta teams to ensure there is continuous and comprehensive feedback from operations on the quality of candidates.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in hr management, business administration, or related field.
* at least 7 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in talent acquisition
* at least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position
* demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet company needs
* previous recruitment experience in a bpo or call center environment preferred
* bilingual in english and spanish required
* previous experience leading teams at multiple sites preferred
