We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of:

*role purpose*
manage the relationships with global stakeholders, third-party suppliers and hr teams on behalf of talent acquisition in canada. Ensure a transparent flow of information to build a strong partnership within the hiring community.
The role holder helps define and manages talent acquisition deliverables, projects and management information (mi) in hr forums, ensuring optimum business experience and satisfaction.
Manage process and operational efficiencies, that are compliant with bank and legislative requirements, enabling business areas to meet their resourcing strategy and hiring plans with confidence.
*main activities*:
- analyze data to understand the state of recruitment objectives, recommending changes to process where opportunities exist
- complete regular audits to ensure compliance to process sand regulatory requirements
- specialize in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, enabling the ability to handle complex escalations and implement streamlined processes.
- manage employee queries related to talent acquisition and the employee referral program.
- ensure the impact of policy decisions are understood and mitigated
- maintain a collaborative relationship with suppliers, communicate areas of success and influence change where opportunities exist
- ensure a compliant and efficient recruitment service in line with service level agreements
- optimize processes through the constant analysis and interpretation of existing systems and process
requirements
*experience*
- experience in recruitment software and knowledge of broader recruitment technology i.e., taleo (or other ats), modern hire, avature, shl
- operational management skills are required
- able to provide recommendations and storytelling through data analytics
- proven experience in leading the delivery of excellent customer service
- experience in making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long-term risks and implications
- work collaboratively with stakeholders that have competing priorities, ensuring all parties are confident in a shared approach to process

- excellent english communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- french language skills an asset, though not required
