required profile
education:
bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer systems engineering, information technology, computer science, or related field.
experience:
minimum 3 years of experience as a core network engineer or in a similar role.
experience in telecom environments, preferably related to charging, billing, or core network systems.
technical knowledge & key skills
proficient in sql and basic database operations.
understanding of 3gpp-defined communication protocols.
proficient in linux os basic operations, including file systems, disk space, and command-line tools
knowledge of telecom charging processes and typical charging scenarios.
understanding of csm processing mechanisms.
familiarity with the customer–account–subscriber model and service logic architecture.
knowledge of billing processes, including bill run, accumulated accounts, discounts, billing cycles, rent, and cdr structures.
understanding of typical telecom service flows: voice, gprs, sms, mms, and voice call processes.
knowledge of product and offering concepts, their relationship, and charging processes.
experience configuring products and offerings in mainstream charging platforms.
experience with installation of charging products and understanding of switch and firewall basic principles.
ability to communicate effectively in english is required
