Account manager (am) - expansion & growthabout at, we believe in the power of technology to create meaningful change. This is a sales role focused entirely on upselling, cross-selling, and identifying expansion pathways inside organizations already using vee.your mission is simple: grow arr by identifying opportunities, running expansion cycles, and closing new revenue from your assigned accounts.renewals and retention are handled by customer success. Your function is fully revenue-driven and centered on deep discovery, consultative sales, and multi-product expansion.this is a full-time, hybrid role designed for a high-energy, sales-focused professional who excels at uncovering opportunities and converting warm accounts into long-term revenue streams.key responsibilities• own expansion sales: run full sales cycles for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including pitching additional ai agents, volume increases, and program expansions.• pipeline generation: build and manage an expansion pipeline inside hubspot using product data, usage patterns, and cs insights.• expansion strategy (growth-x): apply the growth-x framework - growth signals, readiness, opportunities, willingness, trigger events, health, plg signals.• partner with customer success: cs manages retention; you collaborate with them but own the expansion cycle end-to-end.• consultative sales: understand nonprofit missions, resourcing challenges, and goals to create tailored solutions that drive measurable roi.• crm excellence: maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and pipeline updates within hubspot.what you bringrequired:• 2-4+ years b2b sales experience (saas preferred).• proven success running consultative, multi-step sales cycles.• track record closing revenue with smb or nonprofit organizations.• ability to identify expansion opportunities and multithread decision-makers.• skilled in negotiation, storytelling, and value-based selling.bonus:• experience selling into nonprofits.• customer success background.• experience with multi-product saas or add-on expansion sales.• familiarity with ai tools or nonprofit workflows.soft skills:• high emotional intelligence and relationship-driven approach.• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• passion for mission-driven impact and helping nonprofits grow.why join • mission-driven impact: help nonprofits expand capacity and increase funding using ai.• accelerated sales career path: growth into senior am, ae, or strategic roles.• modern revops stack: sell using hubspot, plg signals, ai insights, and structured methodologies.• collaborative culture: work with a passionate, innovative team aligned around impact and excellence.if you're a sales-driven professional excited to grow revenue through strategic partnerships and meaningful impact, this role is for you.
