essential duties and responsibilities:
process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements and internal accounting procedures
review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness
manage payments, credits, and customer accounts
maintain the accounts receivable portfolio up to date, ensuring timely collections
ensure consistent monthly cash flow by securing company revenue collection targets
ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies
support the achievement of the company's monthly revenue targets
requirements:
bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (with a focus on accounting)
at least 3 years of experience in credit & collections, managing transactions in both mxn and usd
strong proficiency in sap and advanced excel skills
intermediate to advanced english level
