your profile
* 10+ years' experience in an hr capacity with solid knowledge in all hr processes, preferably in multinational company.
* proven capability in delivering hr strategy, policy and plans in alignment with business needs
* strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management.
* strong business partner and relationship building capabilities across a diverse international group.
* experience in leading cross-functional hr team.
* language proficiency: fluent spanish and english
