Business development leader
we're looking for an experienced business development leader, responsible for establishing commercial alliances with publishers, investors and business partners, expanding the portfolio of clients, projects and strengthening the marketing strategy.
responsibilities
* manage the full sales cycle for video game projects (prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals).
* identify business opportunities in local and international markets.
* represent the company at trade shows, expos, pitch meetings, and industry events.
* maintain relationships with partners, publishers, and other key players in the video game ecosystem.
* develop and implement marketing strategies for game launches and corporate positioning of the studio
* collaborate with development, art, and production teams to define corporate product positioning.
* develop sales and marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and generate strategic reports.
qualifications
* minimum of 4+ years of experience in b2b or b2c sales, preferably in the video game or creative industries.
* negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for clients and partners.
* knowledge of marketing, branding, and product launch strategies.
* analytical ability to interpret sales metrics and marketing campaigns.
* results-oriented and goal-achievement reporting.
* english c1 - advanced.
