requirements & qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; mba or related advanced degree preferred.
* 5+ years’ experience in business strategy and development, ideally within the beverage or fmcg sectors.
* adept at negotiating and managing strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
* extensive knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
* exceptional analytical skills, able to distill complex data into actionable strategies.
* robust communication skills, coupled with the drive to influence change and encourage the adoption of best practices.
* strategic decision-making abilities, with a focus on executing operational plans effectively.
