we are looking for a web marketing specialist (web marketing) to join our team to help with new website client onboarding. This position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success.

job requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, information systems, or related field.
* advanced english proficiency, verbal and written (c1/c2 level or equivalent)
* previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus.
* extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* proficiency in office/productivity suites (e.g., google workspace)
* knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
* demonstrated ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
* ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.

job responsibilities
* be the primary point of contact for new clients, managing the relationship to ensure top-level support and client satisfaction.
* handle client onboarding.
* professionally manage all client support communications via email.
* provide website cms (or platform) training to new clients.
* review website content during the build and provide suggestions.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are completed accurately and in a timely fashion thus driving client satisfaction.
