Responsibilities:overall hr & administration managementtake full responsibility for the human resources and administrative operations of the mexico subsidiary.compliance & system developmentestablish and optimize hr and administrative systems in full compliance with mexican labor laws and regulations.talent acquisition & team buildinglead end-to-end recruitment and training initiatives to build a high-performing operations team for the factory.administrative & logistics supportoversee all administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth factory operations.cross-functional collaborationwork closely with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure policy compliance, provide guidance, and drive process improvements.requirements:education & languagebachelor's degree or above.professional working proficiency in english (spanish is a strong plus).experienceminimum 2 years of work experience in mexico.prior experience in setting up a manufacturing facility from scratch for a chinese company overseas is highly preferred.competenciesstrong achievement drive, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate effectively.
