Description
Systems Engineer is a key member of a multi-disciplinary team involved in the design and development of state-of-the-art Passive Safety systems. This includes a variety of activities which are integral towards ensuring our safety critical systems are developed according to industry best practices and leading-edge methodologies.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with customers in understanding the stakeholder request and adapting the architecture related to assigned features
- Develop, adapt, and maintain system requirements for Passive Safety systems
- Allocate the requirements to system architecture elements
- Communicate and align system requirements and architecture with multi-disciplinary teams in a global setup
- Create and update Requirements Metrics
Additional responsibilities:
- Frequent communication and coordination with development teams
- Investigate problems and find solutions jointly with the engineering team
**Qualifications**:
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, electronics, computer engineering or related discipline
- Fluent in English
- Good Planning and Coordination Skills;
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Requirements Engineering, preferably in automotive area
- Knowledge of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity
- Knowledge of SysML/UML
