This position reports to is service manager your role and responsibilities (mandatory) involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to information systems services. Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility. Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems. Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities. Proactively improve regular processes, track issues and document changes. Analyze and debug problem and offer recommended solution to the customer. Accurately document all customer interactions related to the issue in the tracking tool. End-to-end problem ownership and resolution. Collaboration with other team members (internal and external) on technical or project related issues when necessary for a solution. Qualifications for the role (mandatory) bachelors degree in computer science, it or similar degree. 1 more years related to is application work experience. Experience related to microsoft sql server database work experience (preferred but not required). Experience using any of the following technologies: microsoft .net framework, sharepoint, power platform, power apps, power bi, devops, ms dataverse, cloud-based services in ms azure and low-code programming. Critical thinking and skills for solving simple and complex problems with initiative and ingenuity. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple demands on time. You enjoy working with tools and methodologies relevant to the information systems sector. Ability to work independently and within a geographically distributed team, with a culture of autonomy and trust. You are passionate about new trends in information systems. Advanced english level.
