work you'll do/responsibilities
as an analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients' business needs. Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by deloitte consulting llp
* platform administration
: support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the servicenow platform.
* stakeholder collaboration:
work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the platform accordingly.

qualifications
required
* 1-3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
* completion of coursework (
egresado
) in any pertinent field or industry
* advanced english level
preferred
* experience valued
: experience with servicenow modules such as incident management, problem management, change management, or service catalog will be valued.
* platform knowledge
: familiarity with servicenow platform administration, configuration, and reporting tools is preferred.
* process understanding:
understanding of itil v3/v4 processes and how they relate to servicenow workflows.
* analytical abilities
: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* technical aptitude:
exposure to basic scripting (javascript) or workflow automation within servicenow or similar platforms will be considered a plus.
* integration awareness
: awareness of integrating servicenow with other enterprise systems is advantageous.
* communication
: effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
* continuous learning:
willingness to learn new modules, features, and best practices as the platform evolves.
