We are partnering with an international company looking for a senior electrical & instrumentation engineer to join their team in mexico. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in e&i design, bim, and mission-critical environments .
key responsibilities:
• lead e&i design, bim coordination, and ensure compliance with standards
• supervise engineering and drafting teams (including remote)
• oversee contractors, commissioning, and design changes
• mentor junior engineers and support tender processes
• ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction
key requirements:
• bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• +15 years in project electrical engineering (instrumentation & panel design preferred)
• +10 years leading engineering teams
• +5 years in construction, data centers, or high-compliance industries
• current bem practising certificate (or eligibility to renew)
• experience in control & automation panel design (data centers is a plus)
• availability for national and international travel
• valid u.s. visa and current passport
• excellent english proficiency (written and spoken)
