what you can look forward to as finance and controlling manager
responsibilities
* lead and support the finance and controlling team for the multi divisional location.
* manage the finance team, to provide timely and accurate reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis. This is to be delivered through robust financial controls, together with efficient and effective processes.
* leading role on the site project to implement a new erp system, taking the finance team through this change.
* co-ordinate information requests for internal and external audit and monitor as well as take relevant measures to adhere to group policies and procedures including implementation and compliance with internal controls, ifrs, local gaap and tax law.
* you will report directly to the senior fico manager
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other business related field
* cima/acca qualified with 5+ years of experience
* experienced in delivery of new erp/ other finance system as well as knowledge of multiple erp systems
* possess an excellent track record of finance leadership
* excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as being analytical and data driven
