the role of a supply chain senior analyst is pivotal in driving business expansion by scrutinizing and refining logistics processes, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring swift handling of customer inquiries.
* propose and challenge logistic process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and automate order entry, expediting, and shipping processes.
* ensure thorough handling of customer inquiries, claims, and complaints, as well as manage marketing demand forecast and backlog.
* collaborate with the manufacturing floor to provide schedule production and interface with engineering, purchasing, and accounting to develop and implement systems for production scheduling.
* coordinate and analyze business growth on products to balance scheduling of new and existing products.
* +2 years of experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, and supply chain.
* bachelor's degree in engineering.
* desirable experience on oracle system.
* knowledge of shipping and logistics, make-to-order system, and english language proficiency.
