Responsible for managing the sales operations of the district sales performing the following tasks:
* plan, execute, supervise, administrate, control, and evaluate district aftersales strategies /activities according to the objectives of the corporation.
* serve as the main action driver on the field for chirey with dealers and viceversa.
* support the dealers with technical problems
* daily basis follow-up commercial activities pursuing annual objectives,
* develop specific actions plans along with the field team to incentive dealers to accomplish
* ensure sufficient & balanced levels of inventory in terms of volume, mix and timing ageing stock for spareparts.
* analyze market conditions, competition, and trends to better understand context.
* achieve high levels of customer satisfaction (csi)
* ensure the necessary training and skills levels on the regional sales team.
* visit dealers with supporting the sales managers, engaging general managers with higher challenges.
* completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review.

* provide regular feedback to the regional sales manager on company marketing and product development needs
* analyze ordering, sales inventories, and commercial actions to support the overall action plans on the field
