objetivo del puesto:
dirigir la estrategia tecnológica de los sistemas de información, garantizando la correcta implementación, funcionamiento y evolución de sap s/4 hana y otros sistemas, en consonancia con los objetivos empresariales.
este rol impulsa la transformación tecnológica mediante la innovación y mejora continua, generando valor en toda la organización de forma segura y eficiente.
funciones y responsabilidades principales:
* dirigir la implementación y evolución del sistema sap s/4 hana.
* coordinar con consultores externos y áreas internas para garantizar la integración de los procesos.
* supervisar el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas internas (informes, interfaces, automatización).
* definir las políticas de uso, seguridad y mantenimiento del sistema.
* gestionar el equipo de desarrollo y soporte de aplicaciones.
* evaluar nuevas tecnologías que optimicen los procesos operativos y financieros.
* garantizar la formación continua del equipo en herramientas clave.
* colaborar con otros departamentos para integrar soluciones tecnológicas efectivas
* trabajará con otros equipos globalmente
experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos
* licenciatura en ingeniería de sistemas, informática o similar.
* más de 8 años de experiencia liderando proyectos tecnológicos.
* nivel de inglés: c1. Fluido para poder participar en video conferencias internacionales.
* experiencia demostrable en la implementación de erp (sap).
* manejo de office
* conocimientos de bases de datos, integración de sistemas
* conocimiento en ciberseguridad (deseable)
* habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar equipos multidisciplinarios
* pensamiento estratégico
* comunicación eficaz
* orientación a los resultados
* adaptabilidad al cambio
