responsibilities:
* support union practices and activities throughout the year, including collective bargaining agreements.
* manage and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with hrbp and business leaders.
* collaborate with hrbp to improve engagement, retention, and a healthy work environment by giving follow-up to action plans derived from mexican norms: nom035 and nom037.
* provide support on hr-related activities during iso audits.
* support annual processes related to talent management, performance management, and salary reviews for unionized employees in mexico.
* assist with offboarding processes when needed.
* follow up on hr vendors' payments.
* update local hr policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with both local regulations and global standards.
