This role sits within the sourcing function and focuses on converting passive interest into engaged, hire-ready talent. The talent community specialist designs, grows, and optimises talent communities aligned to hiring needs, reducing time to hire, improving pipeline quality, and strengthening candidate experience. Key accountabilities: what we’re looking for experience in talent pooling, talent communities, or sourcing hands-on experience with ats and crm platforms (e.g., workday, talemetry) experience designing and executing candidate nurture journeys strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions comfort working in a matrixed, enterprise environment skills & experience: what you’ll do build and maintain talent communities segmented by role, region, and hiring readiness configure crm folders, tagging taxonomy, and candidate journeys grow talent pools through evergreen applicants, sourcing, crm targeting, former applicants, and silver medalists deliver custom nurture journeys including newsletters, employer value content, webinars, and industry insights review and screen candidates ahead of hiring needs and maintain warm, apply-ready pipelines track and report on acquisition, engagement, conversion, diversity, and readiness metrics provide regular pipeline insights to ta leads and stakeholders optimise ats and crm workflows while ensuring data quality and compliance partner closely with sourcing, ta leads, employer brand, and strategy teams other: why ams?
