iron mountain is seeking a motivated security manager to join our risk, safety & security latin america team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the overall iron mountain safety & security program and the management of our integrated security model across the region.
you will join a specialized team dedicated to developing a coherent, holistic approach to safety and security, providing essential counsel to our operations to mitigate emerging risks.
what you’ll do
* lead the execution and management of the iron mountain integrated security model, including physical security, safety standards, and occupational health, to ensure robust business continuity and mitigate risks
* collaborate with internal business security staff and external law enforcement agencies to produce regional threat assessments and provide tailored mitigation strategies.
* ensure compliance with all governmental security regulations, legal requirements, and organizational policies through regular audits and the delivery of business awareness training.
what you’ll bring
* extensive experience in corporate security management, risk mitigation, or law enforcement liaison.
* strong knowledge of integrated security models, including safety, risk, security, occupational health, and business continuity.
* proven ability in stakeholder management and crisis response, specifically in providing expert advice during security emergencies.
* a relevant degree or professional certification in security management, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
* english level: c1
