3 years of experience in similar positions.
What would be your responsibilities?
Supervise the correct reception and verification of goods.
Control inputs and outputs in the system.
Warehouse organization and control.
Control of inputs, outputs, rotation and optimal stock levels.
Use of software for control, traceability and reporting.
Application of safety standards and proper handling of materials.
Use of equipment such as: forklifts, cranes, etc.
Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of orders.
Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventories.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Control minimum and maximum inventory levels.
Detect and prevent shrinkage or loss.
Ensure the correct use of warehouse equipment and tools.
Prepare periodic reports of movements and operational performance.
Coordinate damaged or non-conforming merchandise.
Supervise the correct labeling and coding of products.
Ensure correct inventory turnover (fifo / fifo as applicable).
Train staff in warehouse processes and standards.
Control and manage obsolete or slow-moving materials.
Coordinate internal logistics to optimize assortment times.
Coordinate the efficient use of forklifts and material handling equipment.
Implement controls to prevent internal or external theft.
Manage the control and replenishment of warehouse operating supplie.
Monitor dispensing and dispatch times to ensure service level.
