We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a veeva crm business analyst
key responsibilities:
- create detailed functional specification documents.
- collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring epics and stories align with business needs.
- clarify ambiguous requirements by working closely with business stakeholders.
- maintain thorough documentation throughout the development process.
- leverage strong knowledge of veeva crm, veeva vault, and salesforce platforms, including data models, workflows, validations, and reports.
- stay current on new veeva/salesforce features, promoting out-of-the-box solutions over custom development.
- manage sharing rules, user access, and field-level security.
- prepare and publish release notes and plans for each release.
Top skills:
- extensive experience in life science sales & marketing, including client workshops and system usability discussions.
- strong documentation and communication skills to drive user story formalization, design documents, and presentations.
- effective coordination with offshore ba/pm and technical teams to facilitate translating business requirements into technical design.
