In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial performance and decision-making at the site level. You will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, and finance to ensure effective cost control, budget compliance, and accurate financial reporting aligned with company policies and business objectives. Responsibilities monitor and control costs across operations, supply chain, technical laboratory (r&d), procurement, and ecr. Analyze fixed and variable costs, plant services, and manufacturing cost structures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Support budgeting processes, track deviations, and propose corrective actions when necessary. Evaluate the financial impact of obsolete inventory and fiscal destruction. Ensure physical inventory counts are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies. Prepare and analyze financial information to support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and controls. Qualifications bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Advanced english proficiency. 3+ years of professional experience in finance, controlling, manufacturing, or product management. Solid understanding of cost accounting, management accounting, and manufacturing finance. Ability to analyze and understand financial processes quickly and accurately. Experience working with excel and sap. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
