Commercial strategy & key accounts (modern channel & wholesale)own and drive the commercial strategy formodern trade and wholesale accounts.develop and execute business plans for key customers:coppel, heb, sam's club, walmart, la comer, chedraui, c&a, suburbia, and wholesalers.identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate category growth.negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and in-store visibility.lead quarterly business reviews with strong analytical insights.2. Sales & performance ownershipdeliver and exceed monthly and annualsell-in targets.drivesell-out performancethrough promotional strategies and retail execution.monitor key kpis: sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory turnover, market share.ensure flawless execution of orders, replenishment, and product launches.partner with marketing to drive campaigns and activations tailored to each retailer.3. Cross-functional leadershipact as the commercial lead acrosssales, marketing, product, and supply chain.provide input on pricing strategy, assortment planning, and inventory levels.ensure strong in-store execution and product storytelling across all accounts.4.
