Purpose of the job
prepare, supervise execution of installation on site and onboard of trains in accordance with the installation procedures and delivery schedule. Ensure that the site/project implements ehs requirements to comply with ehs indicators and regulations. Supervise and control all activities related to ehs and civil protection in coordination with project specialists, following project strategy, company policies, and qcd targets.
Key accountabilities
prepare the 4m checklist a couple of weeks before starting the activity.
Ensure material, design documents, tools, and skilled resources are available and up-to-date.
Maintain ehs compliance: zero fatalities and severe injuries, control non-quality costs (conq).
Coordinate ehs training for all workplaces, investigate incidents, and implement azdp directives.
Provide daily and weekly reports on productivity, quality, and schedule adherence to prim and prcom.
Coordinate and monitor installation of sig and com sections, optimize resources, control time, and costs.
Achieve customer acceptance before commissioning.
Responsibilities
train and support installation workers and subcontractors on the work fronts, clarifying doubts and task priorities.
Supervise execution of installation on site and onboard, supporting workers as needed.
Apply method statements and installation procedures in accordance with design documentation; report any deviations.
Link prim and field activities; report progress and issues timely.
Ensure the schedule and productivity targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Enforce ehs rules strictly for all workers, including subcontractors.
Report any non-conformances to prim and quality team.
Support handover process and report to t&c team and customer.
Monitor kpi performance and drive improvements.
Develop installation activities with team members following prim and field manager instructions.
Organization and reporting
positioned within operations / regional center / industrial & field operations / installation team. Direct reporting to prim, with key links to prim, field operation installation team, t&c team, and other contractor interfaces.
