Como miembro del equipo de Datos Maestros, contribuirás a crear y mantener procesos de negocio y sistemas ERP que aseguren la integridad y consistencia de la información. Operarás herramientas de captura de datos para realizar diversas tareas de entrada, verificación y administrativas relacionadas. Este es un puesto de nivel inicial.
Ingresarás datos y códigos necesarios para procesar la información, recuperarás, confirmarás y actualizarás datos almacenados. Mantendrás registros de entradas de datos, así como bitácoras de mensajes entrantes y salientes de los sistemas. Monitorearás pantallas para detectar posibles fallas, operarás el equipo conforme a los estándares establecidos, identificarás errores mediante procedimientos de verificación y realizarás cambios según las instrucciones recibidas.
La posición se encuentra ubicada en Emrpesalia Querétaro.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Contribuir a los resultados del equipo DMO y trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
- Priorizar y completar tareas asignadas.
- Colaborar directamente con los solicitantes para seguimiento, aclaraciones, verificación, validación y solución de problemas.
- Apoyar en proyectos de mantenimiento de datos asignados (por ejemplo, reportes de revisión de salud de datos o análisis de BI).
- Enfoque en la captura y mantenimiento básico de datos relacionados con todas las áreas de datos maestros.
Requisitos
- Es indispensable tener un nivel de inglés avanzado conversacional, para mantener llamadas y reuniones de trabajo con otros paises del continente americano.
- Experiencia: De 0 a 2 años de experiencia profesional; experiencia en prácticas. Normalmente, se requiere un recién graduado.
- excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y trabajar en equipo.
- Nivel de escolaridad, Licenciatura terminada.
- Atención al detalle indispensable.
- Capacidad de análisis de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de planeación y organización.
