*what you'll do*:
- assist the dentist during clinical procedures, ensuring the patient's comfort and safety.
- prepare and maintain a clean and sterilized operatory, following hygiene protocols.
- support administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering calls.
- use your bilingual (spanish-english) communication skills to assist international patients.
- educate patients about post-treatment care and oral health.
*requirements*:
this position is *exclusively for dental professionals* (general dentists seeking hands-on experience or dental assistants with proven clinical practice).
*important requirement: 100% functional english*
from day one, you'll interact directly with international patients.
this means your english must be fluent and functional—both spoken and written.
you must be able to:
- clearly explain medical instructions.
- respond to patient questions in real time during procedures.
- build trust with patients who may feel nervous or in pain.
we're not looking for perfect academic english, but *real, practical, professional english* that allows clear and human communication with each patient.
basic technical skills (required)
this role includes occasional remote coordination tasks.
you don't need advanced technical knowledge — training will be provided — but you should feel comfortable with basic digital tools, such as:
- opening links and managing files
- following simple technical instructions
- using tools like remote access software (e.g., teamviewer) when needed
we are looking for someone who is *willing to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working with technology in a practical way*.

- proactive attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
- schedule flexibility (includes weekends and evening shifts).
