Call center services international (ccsi) specializes in delivering performance-driven and cost-efficient contact center solutions using world-class bilingual (english-spanish) talent. Operating from strategic locations in mexico, including tijuana, guadalajara, and mexico city, ccsi enhances customer operations for u.s.-based organizations with culturally aligned and reliable support. Leveraging advanced ai solutions such as virtual agents, compliance monitoring, and payment processing, the company optimizes customer interactions and workflows. Ccsi is committed to compliance and security, maintaining certifications such as soc 2 type 2, pci, hipaa, and iso 27001:2022.


position summary

this role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering strategic communication across five locations in three cities. The ideal candidate will be a professional communicator, highly skilled in both verbal and written communication, graphic design, and promoting an inclusive, joyful, and wellness-oriented workplace culture.


key responsibilities

* develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
* craft and deliver clear, engaging, and inclusive messages across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, social platforms, and town halls).
* collaborate closely with people & culture, leadership, and other stakeholders to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei), and overall wellness.
* design and oversee creative assets (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) to support key initiatives.
* serve as a liaison between leadership and employees, ensuring a two‑way, transparent flow of information.
* track and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.


qualifications

* bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
* minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a large, multi-site organization or call center environment.
* exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
* proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., adobe creative suite) and content management systems.
* demonstrated ability to foster inclusive, positive workplace cultures that prioritize well‑being.
