position summary
this role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering strategic communication across five locations in three cities. The ideal candidate will be a professional communicator, highly skilled in both verbal and written communication, graphic design, and promoting an inclusive, joyful, and wellness-oriented workplace culture.
key responsibilities
* develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
* craft and deliver clear, engaging, and inclusive messages across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, social platforms, and town halls).
* collaborate closely with people & culture, leadership, and other stakeholders to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei), and overall wellness.
* design and oversee creative assets (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics) to support key initiatives.
* serve as a liaison between leadership and employees, ensuring a two‑way, transparent flow of information.

qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
