regular kaizen events.
*stakeholder coordination*:
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program
objectives are met. Facilitate communication between departments to drive
program success.
*performance monitoring*:
develop and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) to track program progress
and outcomes. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
*risk management*: identify
potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure programs comply with
company policies and regulatory requirements.
*team leadership*: lead and
mentor program teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work
environment.
Experiência y requisitos
- bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial
engineering or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in program
management, operations or manufacturing.
- strong project/program management skills with a
track record of successfully managing complex programs.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
