operations & support
* maintain daily operations of global multimedia services and meeting-room technologies.
* provide remote and on-site support for meetings and events.
* manage incidents, coordinating resolution and stakeholder communication.
* monitor and maintain operational service quality.
implementation & collaboration
* work with internal engineering teams to test and deploy multimedia systems.
* coordinate installation and upgrade of meeting-room technologies.
* support new collaboration tools rollout.
* contribute to improving standard operating procedures.
customer engagement & training
* build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
* provide guidance and training on room technologies.
* promote a customer-centric service culture.
asset & compliance management
* manage multimedia hardware life-cycle within your area.
* ensure compliance with information-security policies and procedures.
* oversee external service providers.
