*commercial and communication manager*
*_role purpose _*
responsible for managing the wealth’s marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct market strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional and communication materials and marketing campaigns for investment and lending products marketed to wpb clients.
The person on this role will be a highly oriented leader able to provide creative insights and support wealth product owners in marketing matters, working closely and in coordination with the central marketing and crm teams and their vendors to create and execute properly the wealth initiatives. Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives, providing thoughtful analysis and key insights for future campaign developments or strategies.
To ensure success, needs to be an innovation-orientated person with the ability to identify new business leads and the strategic knowledge to implement them in a short time to market manner. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
*_principal accountabilities: _*
- lead and working in partnership with the products owners, marketing and crm teams, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business cases and processes, ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements before any release, and providing additional sales support
- analysing market trends and preparing forecasts
- identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- document and deliver marketing information for any internal revision or audit

Requirements

- bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, finance, business administration, or similar.
- strong project management, negotiation, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- at least one full year of experience on marketing campaigns and communication material.
